Carriers
All orders are shipped through USPS/UPS and takes 2-5 business days to arrive depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order. Please note that international orders may take longer.
Alternative carriers may be selected at our discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
International Shipping
For any duties and customs fees, please note that it is the responsibility of the receiver. We do not assume the responsibility of covering any duties and customs fees. Please ensure to make the necessary payment to avoid any delays in receiving your package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
While we will do our best to oversee deliveries, it is important to note that once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (EKS Collective) you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
