RETURN POLICY

All sales are final, no refunds. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eks-collective.com

Please include the following information about your defective item:

  • Clear, descriptive photos showing the damage or deficiency found on the product.
  • Order number and/or name of purchaser.
